8. Framed Prints (Print on Demand)
CC0 Company lets you order physical reproductions — framed prints, canvases and metal prints — of NFTs and images, made to order and shipped by third-party production partners. These terms apply to every print order, whether you place it yourself or an AI agent places it for you.
8.1 Personal use
Unless the work is in the public domain (CC0) or its artist has enabled prints on CC0 Company, a print is ordered solely for your own personal, non-commercial use — to display privately. You may not resell, distribute or publicly exhibit it, or use it to promote anything.
8.2 Your warranty
By ordering a print you represent and warrant that:
- you have the right to have the work reproduced — because you created it, it is in the public domain, its licence allows it, you hold the rightsholder's permission, or the reproduction is otherwise lawful where you live (for example a private copy for your own use);
- the work does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
- the work is not unlawful, and does not depict the sexual abuse of minors, incite violence or promote hatred.
Owning an NFT does not by itself grant the right to reproduce its artwork; only the work's licence or its rightsholder can. Each order records your attestation, the wallet that gave it and the time.
8.3 Orders placed by AI agents
An AI agent ordering a print gives the warranty in 8.2 on behalf of the person it acts for and of its operator, who are both bound by these terms. The agent's attestation is recorded with the wallet that paid.
8.4 No review by CC0 Company
CC0 Company does not review works for rights before they are produced and acts as a technical intermediary between you and its production partners. You are solely responsible for the works you choose to print.
8.5 Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless CC0 Company, its affiliates and its production partners from any claim, loss, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a print you ordered or that was ordered for you, or from a breach of 8.2.
8.6 Rightsholders — notice and takedown
If you hold rights in a work and do not want it printed, write to help@cc0.company with the work (its link or contract and token id), proof of your rights and your contact details. We act promptly: we disable prints of the work and cancel its pending orders.
8.7 Refusal and cancellation
We may refuse or cancel any print order at our discretion, including any order we believe breaches 8.2. A cancelled order is refunded in full. You may cancel your own order until production starts.
8.8 Price, delivery and claims
- Prices include production, delivery and the sales tax charged on them; import duties, where charged, are collected by the carrier.
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
- If we cannot have a print made, you are refunded in full, delivery included.
- Report a damaged, wrong or missing print within 30 days of delivery (or of its estimated delivery) from the order page or at help@cc0.company.
